We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.

The King's Daughter Boutique ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in original condition within 30 days to receive an exchange or store credit. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. The King's Daughter Boutique does not provide shipping labels for returns. All return shipping fees are the customers responsibility. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages. Final sale on all sale/clearance items.

For a returned item to be eligible for store credit, it must be returned in brand new condition.  It must be unworn, free of deodorant stains, make up stains, free of odors and smells (perfume, cigarette smoke, pet odors, cooking odors, moth balls) and free of pet hairs. If an item is returned to us in a condition not meeting these standards, we have the right to reject the return.

EXCHANGES: Items may be exchanged for another size in the same item only. Please contact us for an exchange prior to sending it back so we can verify availability and set the item aside for you. With exchanges, you will pay the cost of return shipping to get the item back to us, but we will send the exchange at no additional charge.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE:
If your item is damaged /defective when received, we will gladly provide a full refund or store credit upon return of item. Damage must be reported within 3 days of received the item. The item must be unworn. Please send pictures of the damage to TheKingsDaughterBoutique@gmail.com

ALL SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

All shipping costs are customers responsibility unless we made a mistake on our part.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States or military addresses are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. 

All store credits are issued via an email gift card. If you do not receive this gift card within a week of your return being delivered, please reach out to us.
