You have 30-days from the date of order to return an item.

For a returned item to be eligible for refund or store credit, it must be returned in brand new condition.  It must be unworn, free of deodorant stains, make up stains, free of odors and smells (perfume, cigarette smoke, pet odors, cooking odors, moth balls) and free of pet hairs. All returns must be received within 30-days of date of purchase from the boutique.

EXCHANGES: Items may be exchanged for another size in the same item only. Please contact us for an exchange prior to sending it back so we can verify availability and set the item aside for you. With exchanges, you will pay the cost of return shipping to get the item back to us, but we will send the exchange at no additional charge.

If your item is damaged /defective when received, we will gladly provide a full refund upon return of item.


Please use Invoice provided with your order for all returns.

All shipping costs are customers responsibility unless we made a mistake on our part.


Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States or military addresses are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. 

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
