In order for an item to be eligible for return with our label IT MUST BE APPROVED through the Return Portal. We CANNOT process extra items placed into the bag other than the item eligible for return.
All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn, and with tags in order to receive a full refund.
WITHIN OUR RETURN PORTAL:
Store Credits: Will only be charged the cost of the return label used to send your return.
Refunds (not store credits) within the return portal will be charged the cost of the Return Label plus a $3 Restocking Fee per item returned.
WE CANNOT PROCESS AN EXCHANGE IF YOU USE OUR PORTAL.

RETURNS SENT ON YOUR OWN:
Returns sent for a refund outside of our system will be charged a $3 restocking fee per item returned.
Returns sent for store credit outside of our system will NOT be charged a restocking fee of any kind.
